Monday:
Praise for those who are able to attend the Teacher Training class — it’s a blessing, both to be there and to see the others who faithfully come.
Training Classes – Klamath Falls @ Immanuel Baptist — 10:00 a.m.
– Keep praying for teachers to prioritize coming to training class.
IYS Youth Center — Kathy Hampson — 3:30 p.m. Pray that the Lord would have His way in our club.
Tuesday:
Merrill Elementary – Gordon & Terry Aguiar – 1:45-2:45 p.m.
Pray for Manuel, Desaray, and Juan, for their salvation. Praise and prayers for Jose’, who prayed to receive Jesus, that his faith might grow and that he might go to church regularly.
Stearns Elementary – Kathleen Sanderson – 2:45 p.m. Praise for the children who were able to be there; pray for those who weren’t able to be there. Praise for the children being involved and interested — Kassie brought her nativity scene and set it up (we were doing the lesson on the Wise men), and the children loved it! Please keep Kathleen’s health in prayer, too.
Wednesday:
Bonanza Elementary – Laney Boersma – 11:15-Noon Praise that Mona is able to substitute while Laney is away; pray for Mona as she substitutes for Laney for three weeks — pray for right words and that she’ll be able to remember everything with two pastors looking on! Also please keep Laney in prayer as she travels.
Malin Elementary – Rae Arnold – 1:45-2:45 p.m.
Pray that when she tells the children that God has a special plan for each one of them that she will present it in a way that they truly understand. Also please pray for her husband, Jack.
Mills Elementary (K-3) Brent & Alice Carey – 2:00 p.m.
Praise: We’ve been receiving feedback from parents, and their kids are very excited, and cannot wait until the next week. That we have 12 enrolled. All Glory to Jesus!! Praise God that He is working despite our flaws!!
Prayers: For our complete wellness. That the kids will continue to be calmer, and for wisdom to deal with situations, as they may arise. That we would continue to live as second-mile Christians, and be able to teach the kids how to live that way. For those who have not accepted Jesus as Savior, that the light will be turned on in their minds (by God), and that they will realize their need for HIM!!
Mills Elementary (4-6) Kathy Hampson – 2:00 p.m.
Pray that the Lord would have His way in our club.
Thursday:
Bly (Gearhart) – Mona Boggs – 11:30-12:15 p.m. Pray for safety as they drive to Bly every week; that she would hear what the Holy Spirit wants her to say in her class. Also pray for good health for the students and teachers.
Chiloquin Elementary – Melodie Simms & Gale Willis – 3:00 p.m. Pray for a helper for the Chiloquin Good News Club. And pray for the children of Sprague River, that they come to know the peace of the Lord, and want to grow in Him.
Fairview Elementary – Kathleen Sanderson – 2:45 p.m.
Praise that most of the children were there, and that a mom came in to enroll her little girl — she said she went to Good News Club when she was little, and enjoyed it. Pray for all the children, that they would truly accept Jesus Christ as Savior and begin to grow in Him.
Lakeview Elementary (Fremont/Hay) – Cora Johnson & Renee Hathaway – 2:30 p.m. Pray for a helper as Renee begins teaching the club (Cora will still be driving over to Lakeview every week until a helper is found).
Sprague River – Lee Dickerson – 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Friday:
Keno Elementary – Doug Hallock – 3:15 p.m. Praise God for 25 kids who have made Keno GNC a regular part of their week (a total of 42 children are enrolled), and for parents who encourage them in that! Pray that we leaders would love them well, and that we’d teach God’s word well, and that we’d continue to have a gracious welcome with the Keno Elementary staff.
